About Me

๐ŸŒธ My Origin Story

Hi, Iโ€™m Naina Naveen, born in Thrissur โ€” the land of festivals, rhythm, and people who somehow make chaos look graceful.
I grew up under Muscatโ€™s golden skies โ€” desert sun, sea breeze, and the sound of Malayalam mingling with a dozen accents. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒŠ

My first steps into learning (and mischief) happened at playschool in Muscat, followed by Indian School Darsait (ISD), where I spent Classes KG1 to 7.
ISD โ€” that melting pot of every possible personality โ€” is where I learned that โ€œstudyingโ€ can also mean doodling on the last page of your notebook, and that learning isnโ€™t always about marks; sometimes itโ€™s about the art you draw in the margins. ๐ŸŽจโœ๏ธ

Oman itself was a gentle chaos โ€” safe, sunny, and endlessly kind, filled with warm people. A place that quietly taught me that home can exist in more than one country. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’›

๐ŸŽ’ School Shifts & Study Battles

Then came Classes 8 to 10 at MAGEET, Valapad, where I discovered my greatest academic skill: procrastination.
For most of Class 10, I majored in distractions โ€” until two months before boards, when my mom and I had a dramatic โ€œenough is enoughโ€ moment straight out of a war movie. ๐ŸŽฌโš”๏ธ

What followed was a precision-strike operation โ€” late nights, zero chill, full attack mode โ€” and somehow I walked out of that battle with a distinction and a story that still makes us laugh (plus mild trauma from sample papers). ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ˜…

Now Iโ€™m doing my 11th and 12th at Paramekkavu Vidya Mandir, waiting for my 2026 board results, and still trying to decode what I actually want to be when I grow up (if that ever happens). ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธโœจ

๐ŸŽญ Hobbies, Chaos & Side Quests

Along the way, Iโ€™ve collected more hobbies than trophies ๐Ÿ…:

  • Contemporary dance between Classes 3โ€“5 โ€” and never really stopped.
I still love to dance and have done my share of stage performances. ๐Ÿ’ƒ
My latest โ€” a duo dance about the vices in a teenagerโ€™s life โ€” got one of the loudest applauses Iโ€™ve ever heard. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
It was raw, real, and mine.

  • Karate till Blue 2 belt โ€” my fights didnโ€™t stop there, and the black belt dream still pops up like an unskippable ad. ๐Ÿฅ‹๐Ÿ˜†

  • Picked up the guitar โ€” and my brother heroically broke it. A true family duet. ๐ŸŽธ๐Ÿ’”
Planning to buy a new one after my boards (and guard it like my emotional support instrument).

  • Got a 75% scholarship at Manappuram Civil Services Academy โ€” thought Iโ€™d join the civil services or maybe defence, until I wasnโ€™t sure anymore. ๐ŸŽ–๏ธ๐Ÿ“–
Still mildly obsessed with the idea, though.

  • Tried my hand at MCing โ€” school events, Lions Club, even a bodybuilding competition (yes, really). ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ˜‚
I love being on stage, pretending Iโ€™ve got it all together while actually improvising 90% of the time.

  • Dabbled in pilot aptitude training. โœˆ๏ธ Flying was cool; waking up at 6 a.m. wasnโ€™t. Still, itโ€™s on the list.

Letโ€™s just say my career goals are still bufferingโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’ญโŒ›

๐Ÿฉต The People Behind My Chaos

My mom is the emotional engine of our home โ€” evolving, ever-nagging, short on patience but overflowing with love ๐Ÿ’—. She brings out both the best and worst in me, sometimes in the same sentence ๐Ÿ˜…. Her hugs fix everything โ€” except my sleep schedule (she has a habit of hugging me in my sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿค—). She handles chaos like a superhero, tames my wildest tantrums, and somehow makes life feel full of laughter, love, and a little bit of magic โœจ. Her energy is contagious โ€” being around her feels safe, inspiring, happy, and endlessly fun all at once ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’–.

She has this magical ability to make the best food in the whole world ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ, listens with genuine interest when people talk to her ๐Ÿ‘‚โœจ, and gives advice that actually sticks ๐Ÿ’กโ€”even if it comes with a mini lecture or a playful nag ๐Ÿ˜†. Sheโ€™s my guide when Iโ€™m lost ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ, my cheerleader when I doubt myself ๐Ÿ“ฃ. Life with her is a mix of lessons, laughter, love, and unforgettable moments, and her presence turns ordinary days into something extraordinary ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’–.

My dad is brave ๐Ÿ’ช, a hero ๐Ÿฆธ, a friend ๐Ÿค, and a teacher ๐Ÿ“š all rolled into one. He is endlessly fun ๐Ÿ˜†, and somehow a kid trapped in an old man’s body ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿง“, which truly makes our 28-year age gap feel like nothing. Being around him is a mix of feelings โ€” safe ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ, laughing until it hurts ๐Ÿ˜‚, and occasional โ€œmini to long lecturesโ€ ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ that somehow stick. Growing up with him is a constant reminder that being yourself is the best way to live ๐ŸŒŸ, and that courage and joy can coexist in every moment โœจ. His energy โšก, his humor ๐Ÿ˜„, and his heart โค๏ธ make every moment memorable, and just being near him makes life feel fuller, brighter โ˜€๏ธ, and a little more magical โœจ (and also the fact that I know how to wrap him around my fingers ๐Ÿ˜‰). Heโ€™s my anchor โš“, my cheerleader ๐Ÿ“ฃ, and my favorite partner-in-crime ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ (donโ€™t tell my mom ๐Ÿคซ).

My brother is six years younger than me and is made of pure chaos, contrast, and nonstop energy โšก๐Ÿ˜Ž. One moment heโ€™s timid ๐Ÿซฃ, the next heโ€™s exploding with mischief ๐Ÿ’ฅ. One moment I wanna kill him ๐Ÿ˜ค, next heโ€™s the adorable lil baby ๐Ÿฅน ๐Ÿ’–. Not even a day goes by without us fighting ๐ŸฅŠ, and somehow he always finds a way to be dumb ๐Ÿ˜†, yet I canโ€™t imagine life without him my little baby forever and ever โค๏ธ.When thereโ€™s no phone or TV, he becomes my personal entertainer ๐ŸŽฎ๐ŸŽญ โ€” pulling faces, making up games, and turning the simplest moments into hilarious adventures ๐Ÿ˜†โœจ. He doesnโ€™t sit in one chair ๐Ÿช‘, is endlessly restless, and never forgets to annoy me ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‚, keeping every day unpredictable and wild. Growing up with him has been a nonstop rollercoaster ๐ŸŽข โ€” full of fights, laughter, chaos, and tiny victories. Heโ€™s my rival in every game ๐Ÿ†, my sidekick in every prank ๐Ÿคซ, and my Rival-in-crime for life ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ. Life with him is chaotic, silly, competitive, loving, and unforgettable all at once โ€” and I wouldnโ€™t trade a single second of it.

My maternal grandparents are the definition of soft love โ€” the kind that comes wrapped in food, gifts, and endless โ€œDo you want anything else?โ€ ๐Ÿฒ๐ŸŽ
They spoil me more than I deserve and never let me forget Iโ€™m their favorite (pretty sure thatโ€™s true).

My paternal grandparents are the wise, pragmatic type โ€” always reminding me whatโ€™s good, whatโ€™s not, and how to stay balanced. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿง
Theyโ€™re my reality check when life starts feeling like a K-drama episode. ๐ŸŽข

๐ŸŒ™ Still Becoming

Somewhere between all this, I realized Iโ€™m not chasing perfection โ€” just trying to experience as much life as possible before deciding which version of me I want to become.
Every win, every fail, every cringe phase adds a line to my story. โœจ

So here I am โ€”
Born in Thrissur, raised in Muscat, built on contradictions.
A when-I-feel-like-it learner, a K-drama-coded dreamer, and a Jack of a lot of trades (not all), queen of absolutely none โ€” still figuring it out, still vibing through the circus that is me. ๐Ÿคนโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ

๐ŸŽช Wanna See the Chaos Up Close?

Stick around.
Thereโ€™s more โ€” stories, doodles, rants, and late-night ideas that may or may not make sense.
Because this isnโ€™t a polished bio โ€”
itโ€™s a work in progress, just like me. ๐ŸŒป
